Care

You should know exactly who is coaching your kid.

No mystery staff, no crowded floor. Small age-segmented groups, coaches by name, and a viewing bench where you can sit the whole class if you want to.

01

Small, age-segmented groups

1 coach per 6 toddlers, 1 per 8 in the older classes. Same group each week.

02

Coaches you can name

Andrea, Laini, Ella, Rayan, Annie, Josie, and Makena are on the floor, not in an office.

03

Visible from the bench

Parents are welcome to watch any class, any week. No frosted glass.

04

Clean, and it shows

Mats and equipment wiped between sessions. Ten years of reviews mention it.

05

Clear drop off rules

Potty trained and 4+ for drop off classes. Check in and check out by name.

06

Adaptive by default

Coaches adjust to the kid in front of them, including kids who need more time.

Coaches

Names, not staff

You will know who has your kid before the first class starts.

Coach Andrea

Head coach

Andrea found gymnastics young, competed in the JO program, and started coaching at 14. Off the mat, she loves Yerbas, fettuccine alfredo, and dreams of visiting the Cook Islands.

Coach Laini

Gymnastics

Laini competed as an Xcel Platinum gymnast and loves coaching kids. This past year she picked up diving at the JC and took to it fast.

Coach Ella

Gymnastics

Ella grew up a gymnast, competing at Junior Olympics Level 10. She can walk on her hands for real, ask her to prove it next time you see her.

Coach Rayan

Ninja Warrior

Rayan is a real-life ninja with years of martial arts behind him, which he brings straight into our Ninja Warrior classes. Want to learn how to flip? He's your guy.

Coach Annie

Classes

Annie brings energy and patience to every class and loves helping kids build confidence one skill at a time. Outside the gym, she's happiest outdoors and always up for a new adventure.

Coach Josie

Gymnastics

Josie loves fishing and Molokhia, a Middle Eastern soup, and hopes to travel to Lebanon someday. What she loves most about coaching is watching athletes nail a new skill and see how far they have come.

Coach Makena

Toddlers and beginners

Makena grew up in the gym while her mom, Andrea, coached, and now works with toddlers and beginning gymnasts and ninjas. She loves horses, sushi, and South Lake Tahoe.

What parents write

Sixteen years of reviews, the same three notes

We read all of them. Parents keep writing about the same three things, so here is one quote for each instead of a wall of stars.

The first four weeks

What actually happens in a month.

Week 1

A coach learns their name

The room is big, the trampoline is loud, and someone they met five minutes ago already knows their name. They spend most of the hour watching from the edge of the mat. That is not hesitation wasted. That is what deciding looks like at this age.

Week 2

They know where to stand

The same coach says hi. The same kids line up. Their spot on the floor is exactly where they left it. Nothing in the room is a surprise anymore, and that is the week the grip on your hand loosens at the door.

Week 3

They try without being asked

The harder station has been staring at them for two weeks. This week they walk over to it on their own, miss, and go again. In the car they tell you about it in one long sentence, and there is a new name in the story.

Week 4

Something they could not do

Hands down, feet over, feet down. For most kids in gymnastics, a cartwheel. They know it the moment they land it, and they will ask you to watch it roughly forty more times. We tell you what they earned, what comes next, and which class it lives in.

Four weeks, $99, and you will know in one.

Pick a class time, tell us your kid's age, done in about two minutes. Potty trained and 4+ for drop off. Parents welcome to stay and watch.
