Ages 8 to 16

Training that grows up with them.

From eight to sixteen, kids need harder problems and coaches who hold a higher bar. Vortex and leveled gymnastics give them both.

Vortex, ages 8 to 16.

Leveled ninja training: longer courses, harder obstacles, technique work on the warped wall, rings, and bars. Older athletes work flips and advanced sequences with coaches who spot and progress them properly.

It is real athletic training in a sport kids want to attend.

Gymnastics Levels 2 to 4.

For athletes with the Level 1 list complete, levels 2 through 4 deepen every event and build real strength. Kips, back handsprings, and beam series get earned here. Level moves happen the week the list is done, not at season's end.

Where this can lead.

Athletes with competitive goals should talk to us. Coach Andrea has built and coached competitive programs, and our senior coaches competed at Xcel Platinum and Level 10.

Tell us where your athlete wants to go and we will map the path honestly, including what we offer today and what is coming.

Teens who want to coach.

From age twelve, athletes can join our junior coach program: real responsibility at camps and classes, trained under senior staff. Several of our current coaches started this way. It is a first job that teaches leadership.

Care at this age.

Skill prerequisites are enforced without exception. Coaches at this level competed at the levels they teach, and the culture is high standards without a yelling coach in sight.

Questions

What parents ask about this age

If yours is not here, call the gym. A person picks up. (707) 763-3007

My teen has never trained. Too late?

No. Teen beginners progress fast because strength and comprehension are already there. Placement happens in the first two visits.

How many days a week?

One class per week is the floor. Athletes with bigger goals typically train two or more, and coaches recommend load based on goals, not on filling slots.

Do you have a competitive team?

We are rebuilding the competitive program at our new location. If your athlete has competitive goals, talk to us now. They will train toward it from day one.

Four weeks, $99, and you will know in one.

Pick a class time, tell us your kid's age, done in about two minutes. Potty trained and 4+ for drop off. Parents welcome to stay and watch.
