Between five and seven, kids decide whether they are the kind of person who can do hard things. These classes settle that question early.
Book a first monthObstacle training scaled for young bodies: climbing, swinging, vaulting, balancing, and first flips done safely into pits and onto mats.
Underneath it is a strength and focus program. Kids learn to attempt, miss, adjust, and repeat, which is the skill that transfers everywhere.
See Junior Vortex on the schedule →All four events from week one: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Coaches run stations so kids move the whole class instead of waiting in line.
Every Level 1 skill lives on a tracked list, and your child moves to Level 2 the week the list is complete.
See gymnastics on the schedule →Watch from the parent area, or take the hour inside the village. Siblings in other age groups can often train in the same hour. Call us and we will build the schedule with you.
Drop-off begins at this age, with check-in and check-out at every session. Progression rules are strict: no child attempts a skill without the prerequisites signed off on their list.
Read our safety and care standards →If yours is not here, call the gym. A person picks up. (707) 763-3007
Try both in the first month; the schedule allows it. Ninja suits kids who want to climb and race. Gymnastics suits kids drawn to form and progression. Many do both for years.
They will be coached. Children move up when skills are earned, not when peers move.
Small enough for the coach to see every attempt, around eight per class. Ratios by program are on the safety page.
Pick a class time, tell us your kid's age, done in about two minutes. Potty trained and 4+ for drop off. Parents welcome to stay and watch.
